Black Diamond AI provides AI workforce education, training, consulting, and implementation services, including The AI-Powered CEO Workforce Lab™, corporate training engagements, and AI Employee Services. 3. Eligibility

Our programs and services are intended for business professionals, entrepreneurs, and organizations. You must be at least 18 years old to enroll or apply.

4. Payment Terms

Pricing, deposit requirements, and payment schedules are described on the applicable program, service, or corporate training page at the time of purchase. Pioneer cohort and other promotional pricing is time-limited and subject to change for future cohorts or engagements.

5. Intellectual Property

The AI-Powered CEO Workforce Lab™, the W.R.I.G.H.T. AI Workforce Method™, Build Your AI Employee™, and all related content, materials, templates, and methodology are the property of Black Diamond AI and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without written permission.

6. Certificates & Accreditation

A Certificate of Completion, where offered, confirms that a participant has completed defined program requirements. It is not professional certification, licensure, or accreditation. Black Diamond AI does not represent any program as accredited, approved, or formally recognized unless authorization has been officially granted by the applicable organization.

7. No Guarantee of Results

Participation in any Black Diamond AI program, service, or engagement does not guarantee revenue, cost savings, employment outcomes, platform performance, or specific business results. Results depend on your own implementation and business context.

8. AI Employee & Service Boundaries

An AI Employee is a configured technology system — not a legal employee, licensed professional, or independent decision-maker. You remain responsible for supervising any AI system you deploy, verifying its outputs, protecting sensitive information, and determining whether a given technology is appropriate for your intended use.

9. User Conduct

When participating in any live session, cohort, or engagement, you agree to conduct yourself professionally and refrain from disruptive, abusive, or unlawful behavior.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Our website, programs, and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Black Diamond AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, programs, or services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Black Diamond AI, its founder, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our programs, services, or any AI Employee or system you build or deploy.

13. Termination

Black Diamond AI reserves the right to remove any participant from a program, cohort, or engagement for violation of these Terms or the Participant Code of Conduct, subject to the applicable refund and cancellation policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or participation in a program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
