| Consulting | Provides recommendations tailored to the organization's goals, risks, and operations. |
| Implementation | Provides guided or hands-on assistance configuring approved workflows, systems, and AI Employee assets. |
| Certificate of Completion | Confirms completion of defined program requirements; it is not professional certification or accreditation. |
| Licensing | Permits approved use of designated intellectual property under a separate written agreement. |
Notes: Proposals are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Travel, lodging, custom technology, platform subscriptions, licensing fees, and third-party expenses are billed separately.
Dates are reserved after the signed agreement and required payment are received.
Scope changes may require a written change order and additional investment.
Rescheduling, cancellation, intellectual-property, confidentiality, and data-handling terms will be defined in the agreement.
Applicable taxes and payment-processing fees may be added when required.
