The principles that govern how we teach, build, and deploy AI Employees responsibly.
Effective date: September 7, 2026
Responsible AI is not an add-on at Black Diamond AI — it is built into the W.R.I.G.H.T. AI Workforce Method™ from the first stage. This statement explains the principles that govern how we teach, build, and deploy AI Employees.
We don't just teach people how to use AI or write prompts. We teach entrepreneurs, executives, and organizations how to design, build, train, supervise, test, deploy, measure, and improve an AI workforce — with human accountability preserved at every step.
An AI Employee is a configured technology system — not a legal employee, licensed professional, or independent decision-maker. The organization deploying it remains responsible for supervising its outputs, verifying accuracy, and making final decisions.
Black Diamond AI does not promise full automation, the removal of human responsibility, or guaranteed business outcomes from any AI Employee, program, or service.
Activities involving medical, legal, financial, employment, children's, or other sensitive information may require additional safeguards, privacy review, or professional oversight beyond what a standard AI Employee build includes.
Clients and program participants remain responsible for supervising their AI systems, verifying outputs, protecting information, and determining whether a given technology is appropriate for their intended use.
If you have a concern about the responsible use of AI in a Black Diamond AI program, service, or deployed AI Employee, please contact: Dr. Iris Wright, Founder and CEO — Black Diamond AI. Newport News, VA. Email: [email protected] | Phone: 757-324-3331
